how much food?

How much can a 2-6" cichlid/Oscar eat in terms of superworms, pellets (lg cichlid gold floating type), and various frozen cubes (beef heart, brine shrimp, plankton)? I don't wasn't to over feed but i fear nothing is making it to my big jack (7")

Oscars are known to eat way too much. They can eat more then what they should, so feeding on separate sections of the tank is good. That's what I used to do. Depending on what you're feeding, you should drop 1 pellet or whatever it is you're feeding at a time, and see when he get fuller.
