Just found out my rams have wigglers I'm going to be removing them and putting the wigglers in a ten gallon. How to do acclimate them to the new tank. Also many recommend to not have gravel in a fry tank but what if the gravel instantly cycles the tank? The filter I'm going to be putting on the tank has only been running in an established tank for a week. Is that enough to cycle the new tank or should I add the gravel?

I would strongly suggest filling the new tank with water from the current tank to avoid stressing the fry.

It it's unlikely that gravel will instantly cycle your tank.

Activ flora claims it has live beneficial bacteria. I don't trust it tho. Do you think that filter that has been running for a week will be enough to cycle the tank?

It's a big filter. Idk that will make a difference.
