Hi all! Was hoping someone could help me learn how i should split/clip my temple plants. They are at the top of my discus tank and very leafy. Would like to make new more out of em, lol. Thanks
Red temple is the common name for Alternanthera Reineckii, which yours doesn't really look like. That looks like either nomaphila stricta or hygrophila corymbosa (leaning towards the latter).
As far as clipping goes, you can either replant the top, or lop it off near the bottom and let it branch and regrow. It largely depends on the plant, but I usually do the first option for hygrophila sp.
