how to get pH down???

I've tested my tap water on 2 separate occasions.

i think he meant what did you use to test the water with. strip test kit will change reading depending on how fast you read it while the liquid test kit generally gives out consistency

I heard somewhere to let tap water sit for 24 hours before you test it for some reason. I did that and readings were the same. Just a thought.

Indian Almond leaves will not have an immediate effect. They will take time to get you where you want to go. The tannins will be quick, but the release of humic acids will take time.
