Ok so later today or tonight I have to move my 3 red minor tetras to my neighbors tank in which she will be keeping them. I am wondering how I can move them without stressing them. Do I put them In a bowl or a bag or what? And will they get stressed and die on my neighbor?

Just try to catch them and put them in bags with as much air as you can catch. This way you can temp acclimate them.

Add stress coat as well and they should be fine.

Gallon ziplocks work great for this and since they are only going to a neighbor it will be easy for them to float and acclimate them.
