I need help with clown fish!

Newbie here, but what are your water parameters. Doesn't look to healthy! Almost looks like he got stung by something and is paralyzed. (yes, I know it's a clown fish)

I am new to saltwater i dont kit yet ive been using strips and i have two anemones and all the other fish r doing perfectly fine even the other clown fish

And also he sdoesnt seem paralyzed it move just can swim level . Can get it head about its tail

I'm surprised he's lived so long, before i had saltwater tanks, when I had a freshwater cichlid do that they would be dead within an hour or two..

Yeah its still alive and eating and everything just not able to swim right

Have you he looked into swim bladder infection?
