Looks like a very good deal to me...I just paid $170 for a 175w namebrand kit, though I got an electronic ballast and aqualine bulb - this is probably a generic bulb with either a tar or magnetic ballast... (they use a bit more energy)

Just keep in mind it's a refurbished ballast in a different case than it's original. It does come w/ a 1 year warranty, but who knows how the company's customer service is. IMO, invest some more and go captivesreefs.com- you'll get a brand new electronic 250w ballast w/ a 3 year warranty and a better reflector, also choice of 10, 14, 20k bulb, included for less than $200 shipped w/ the aquariumadvice discount. My .02...
