I'm doing a fish in cycle. Currently in nitrite phase still I think( nitrite is or has been at 0 for two days). Anyway 2 of my black neons have white spots on them. Now how am I supposed to Medicare and maintain cycle and cycled filter media?

2 rasboras. 1 cory. 1 pleco. Is heat safe? How high is two high?

I would try just heat to begin with. It is more safe than medication IMO. Make sure it reaches over 86F at least. Any lower will just speed up the ich life cycle. I wouldn't go any higher than 90F.

With high temp, salt, and more water changes, about how long does it last? And do I have to change filter media? My cycle?

Minimum two weeks, longer if the ich is still present. No need to change filter media and it won't effect your cycle. :)
