My guess on the leopard wrasse is a black leopard (Macropharyngodon negrosensis). The shrimp goby probably is a Wheeler's (Amblyeleotris wheeleri), but there are a number of very similar species of Amblyeleotris. Unfortunately, there is also a bit of disagreement among goby workers as to what those species are. I'll take a look through the relevant papers, however, and will get back to you with a "more-informed" opinion later.
