hmm take the rock out and pick them off or do it in the tank with out popping them or try and suck them off with vacuum when doing a water change again without popping them. good luck

it kinda looks like that marco but it really really small and hard to tell for sureI dont think its bubble algae, Bubble algae is dark green and shiny.

Is it connected to a root? Or are each bubble attached to the rock.
If each attached to the rock then bubble algae, If they have a root, Macro.
