This is the only cichlids that I don't know what kind of African it is.

It is a marble peaock. It is an ornamental variety, not one of the wild forms. It looks like a female. If it is in the tank with other males it will breed with them, so then there are hybridisation issues.

Yeah he looks like a zebra to me as well. OB stands for Orange blotched by the way in case anyone was wondering.

It is a Marbled Peacock. Sometimes called Calico Peacock or OB peacock.

It is a man-made ornamental form. Rumoured to be orginally created by crossing a Male peacock with a female OB zebra then line breeding the shape back to a peacock body shape. (Only female mbuna carry the ob gene)

It's not a peacock its a mbuna, looks just like my Ob zebra
