I think that you would do best to limit your information to what they'll need to know in the first two weeks or so. Acclimating, maintenance, importance of not overfeeding, nitrogen cycle, etc. I personally wouldn't put any stocking information on it, as A) They already will have bought their fish B) The stocking advice alone would take of much of your pamphlet and C) That information would be better located on little cards below the fish tanks (Like I suggested :D).
