Industrial CO2 vs. Food Grade

I just recently bought a co2 regulator and I am now looking into co2 suppliers. On the website of my local supplier is says they have both industrial and food grade co2. Is there a type that is preferred for co2 injection? Any and all advice is welcome

Either one should be ok, but food grade would be better.
