Injured Pundamillia Nyererei Ruti Island

Hello forum. I have a male Pundamillia that got in a fight with a equally large Polit, well glad to say that the Pundamillia came out on top, since he is like my favorite, lol. Anyways when I separated the two I didn't notice any injuries on the Pundamillia until a day later. His eye looked a lil different, and had a small white dot on it. Well it's now day 3 and the spot is growing. You can tell that it's not on the eye but within the covering. He is still eating and chasing his females but now when I approach the tank he runs and hides.

Any suggestion as to a treatment?
