is pvc glue safe

Ok it might be a dumb question but is pvc cleaner and glue safe to use in plumbing in my setup? I just dont like that i have hoses and clamps and nipples i would like to plumb most of it then at ends have the hoses for a bit of flex and play for future clean up. Or is there anything i can use that would help me do this task and clean up my setup thanks

Pvc glue is completely safe. I use Christy's red hot glue. Turned on my pumps and everything within 5 mins of applying the glue. It really doesn't take long at all for it to set.
