Is there help for a constipated Goldie

10 gal tank
had him now for 4 months feed him pellets and is really fat but only half size bigger than when I bought him.

He's adjusted to the water lvls I keep without any trouble but is staying constipated on a regular basis. Can i do something about it?

Yes, you can fast him for one day of the week. And feed him shell less peas, to help clear him up.

You are going to need to get him a much larger tank, since goldfish produce an insane amount of waste.

What are your water parameters (nitrate, nitrite, ammonia)? What kind of goldfish? What kind of filtration?
