Is this a brittle star???

doesn't really look like the spaghetti worms in my tank.Mine come out of tubes like the small dusters etc... I dont think it is the spaghetti.I'd look into the anenome scene maybe .No spaghetti is not harmful
 
Steve is right, they are almost ridged and move slowly (not flowy like an anenome) like a brittle star would move. They also apear to have light bands around the arms (if you look close to the rock) that make me believe it is a banded serpent star of some sort. Also, they don't always come out of the same hole as they are in this pic., sometimes they are split between this hole and one near by.
