It's possible that it's Cynotilapia afra, but from the angle of the pic, the shape of the stripes look more like Amatitlania Nigrofasciata, the Convict cichlid. Is it possible to post a more direct side on pic?

It's not a convict, definitely Malawi, probably kenyi like osci said.
