Is this fin rot??

I have a few Molly's in my tank and suddenly their tails started looking like this...

Had the tank running with no fish for 1 1/2 months before adding the Mollys

Were they like that when you got them? Just keep up on 40-50% weekly wc and they should heal up , maybe a lil stress coat too

How long was ammonia high for? It is either fin rot or maybe aggression depending on the genders. Are those the only fish in the tank? Best way to treat fin rot if it is, is to keep up on water changes
