Is this green turf algae?

This started growing a few weeks ago. It didn't bother me where it first started growing, but now I see two little spots where it's growing in another spot, and I'm starting to wonder if this will get out of hand. I can not take the rock out of the tank, it's on one big structure. It's very wiry compared to any algae I've encountered before.

Please ignore the chaeto that's trapped in it. My chaeto in the sump likes to take trips to my DT and run wild. :-/

just looks like hair algae to me.
