Is this normal behavior

I have a 55g but no circulating pump but I have 2 bubble wands with only 1 on. The behavior that seems strange is yay I have a blue paradise fish, gold severum(juvi) and a blue zebra(juvi) and they all are hanging around the heater. This behavior seems weird to me is this something to be worried about or is this ok

Was the tank properly cycled? Have you tested the water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate? Any time the fish start acting funny the first thing to do is test the water to address or rule out any toxin issues.

Water temp is 78 ammonia is 0 nitrites 0 nitrates 14

You said you have bubble wands. Do you have a heater too?

What is the temp usually in your tank? Could have been a temp swing.

Tank temp is a steady 78 and yes I have a heater that's y I'm curious as to why sone of my fish hang around the heater and some don't

I haven't been able to afford a water circulater yet so all I have right now is the bubble wands, the heater and the 2 filters I'm prob getting the circulater within the next 2 weeks
