Is this overcrowding my tank

my tank is a 25l tank and it contains 2 clown loaches (which will be move when they grow) 3 female beggars and 3 red albino sharks ? Is this overcrowding

Well the fish keeper who sold us the fish said they will grow to the size of the tank so they won’t overgrow the tank is this true ?

It is true if you accept stunting the fishes growth and future health problems ,shorter life span acceptable.
My clown loaches are almost 8 inches long and 15+ years old.
Not thinking they would have enjoyed a 6g at any point..

Sales people don't always know what is true. And some just want to sell fish.
