Krib pair tank mates

Im going to get a pair of kribs for my 36 gallon some time this week and I was wondering what other creatures I could get. I have a pictus catfish that I plan on keeping. While I was at my LFS I saw vampire crabs that looked really cool and they were fully submerged with no way out of the water so Im guessing they are fully aquatic? I was also thinking about getting a pair of german blue rams. Could/should I get anything else? If so what?

Pictus cats should be.in groups of three, rams and kribs probably arent going to work together imo. Id look more int tetras or barbs

They like to school and are more active when kept in bigger groups. I'd get a couple more to go with the one you have
