LED lamp for 3gal bowl?

Any advice on an LED lamp for 3gal betta bowl that hangs from the ceiling? Similar to Finnex?
All I have in there is Water Wisteria, some java fern and anubias. Low light.

Your going to be hard pressed to find an LED that looks as nice as a Finnex and hangs over a bowl.

In all honesty I'd use a desk lamp with a nice CFL bulb and you could achieve the same results.
