Have a led light that is acting up my moon lights are the only ones working help me out it only has 9 bulbs but why is this doing that

The problem with LEDs is that the wiring loops through each light, when one LED goes bad it disrupts the circuit and none of those on that circuit will work. As for the best solution to the problem, no clue. Sorry.
