Light help please!

I am started a 55 gallon planted aquarium with freshwater angels.. Right now I have a 2 150w halides on it because its all I have. Will someone please direct me or give me a link to a lighting system that I need?

I think it comes down to what you have in the tank for plants.. If you have high light plants they will have a higher need then others. Maybe tossing out some ideas on what plants you have may help out with a suggestion.
