lighting question

hi all iam thinking of getting a malu nem and was wondering would he be ok under t5 lighting

Never heard of that nem before, youhave a link?

What type of t5 do you have? 2 bulb, 4 bulb, 6 bulb...what brand? are they individually reflected?

Heteractis malu is the sientific name.... i have 2 buld t5. one is marine blue and the other is marine bright. they are jewl and no they are not reflected.. will adding reflectors make it better

I would say a two bulb fixture isnt going to cut it for a nem, even if it were individually reflected. How big is your tank and how long has it been up?

Nems are very very picky and usually only do well in an established tank, pristine water and super duper lighting.

I'll google the nem and double check, but I've never heard of a low light nem before. lol
