Lighting question...

What light can I use as a night viewing light? I've tried googling a few different things and I see a lot of "moonlight", "actinic" and/or black/red light references but to be honest this confuses me beyond all belief...

Any suggestions or explanations would be amazing thanks in advance

I have used something like this: NFLS-x series High Power LED Flexible Light Strip | Flexible LED Light Strips | LED Light Strips & Bars | Super Bright LEDs

It works well, and is easy to install. Keep in mind you would need a 12V DC power supply for them to work (LEDs work on DC power). They sell cheap power supplies on that site as well, which would work fine. You wouldn't need any fancy drivers. You could just stick this to the bottom of your regular/daytime fixture.
