I have 2 coralife 10,000k 36 watt bulbs on my new tank. It's supposed to be a 29 gallon but took more like 20 ish. Is this low, medium, or high lighting. I want to add plants during my cycle so I have plenty of time to move them around while there r no fish. Thanks in advance! Also from
