Liquid test kit toxic to fish?

Long story short, my cousin put in a vial of nitrate test solution into my 56g tank. I was doing a water test and I was waiting for the colors to develop on the nitrate test and when I wasn't looking my cousin put it in the tank. She's 4 and was just trying to help

Are my fish going to be ok.

They will probably be fine. But it never hurts to do a 50% water change.

Lots of water changes, solution to pollution is dilution.
