Little worm looking thing

I was doing a water change today and noticed these swimming little worm things. Any idea on what they are. I have a 55 gallon African cichlid tank.

They are detritus worms not Planaria.

Easiest way to tell is planaria don't free swim in the water column.

Probably from plants, fish, decor (from an existing tank).
In my planted tank I used to see them in the substrate and occasionally in the open water. Fish would eat them. One day I saw fish poop "move". Turns out that the worms were feeding on the poop and turning it into even smaller poop.
