My betta died (old age) two months ago or so and the tank has been cycling with just my zebra nerite snail. So I finally added a new betta last week. Bought him because he looked like death and clearly had swim bladder. Took awhile but he made a fantastic recovery.

I was feeding him today and noticed these teeny tiny little white "worms" on the tank walls. They're almost impossible to see (at least for me) but they are very much alive and moving super slowly along the tank walls. I'm not sure if they came with him or somehow I just hadn't noticed them for years?? There's no new plants in the tank. Only the betta.
Are they harmful? Do I just leave them? If they're just vibing in there it's no biggie but if it's going to impact the health of my fish+snail I want them gone.
