Live Rock possibly dead?

I removed my live rock for about 4 hours, it was placed in a cooler with enough salt water. When I put the live rock back in the tank tonight I didn't get much movement off the rock. My Hermit appears to be dead. All I seen is a few feather dusters. Any suggestions to get things going again?

Let it be and it should be fine. Get a PH and put some flow over it to help it along.
