Lonley little Tiger :(

Hey!

I have a 55g long planted tank, I've had six Tiger Barbs in there for a few months, then a few weeks ago I added six more, so I have a total of 12.

I'm just confused because all but one of them school together, the other one just sits around by himself and doesn't play with his friends

There isn't anything visually wrong with him, he's been eating and swimming, he's colorful and he's been like that since I added the last six. Does he just like to be alone? lol it's weird!

Is it by chance the smallest tigerbarb? They establish a hierarchy and it may be low man on the totem pole. Since it's in good health by your description, and as long as it's not being bullied(nipped fins ect.) I say let it be for now.
