Lux meters on ebay good enough?

I'm wanting to change over to led lighting.. I'd like to get some lux measurements so I can get something close to my current setup.. Is there anything special I need or will a cheap ebay model work?

I would say go for the cheap ebay model. Even if the measurements aren't precise, all you need is a comparison that will get you close for your new LED fixture.

Are you going to build the fixture yourself?
