Macro Algae

Can I add some macro algae to my 46gal FOWLR tank for asthetic purposes without it causing a problem?

I have a small Flame Angel - would any particular species of macro algae be suitable for this small angel to feed on?

I had some macro in my old 29 gal for a while and it looked pretty good IMO. The flame angel will pick off of it. I dont know if it will be eating it or whats on/in it. The only problem with having macro in your tank is that it can grow way out of control and take over your tank if you are not careful. HTH

I have read they will eat marine algae. I am not sure what a good grazing food would be for them.

I think you can but I would not put alot of it in there for the reasons that Roka gave.
