In a large tank many more combinations are possible, in a 10G tank not as many

The tank is 120L which is about 30gal i think

It could work out well. What else is going in the tank? Be sure to have a back up plan.

yes should be 31.7 gallons, the most are overstated slightly and decorations/substrate take away some volume. Also the actual footprint, Length x Width on the tank is more important that actual volume when compared to a "high" tank which is taller with less surface area to swim.
Like rich said it should be OK, are you thinking of German Blue Rams or Bolivian rams? If so those tend to stay peaceful and lower in the tank while a betta will be at the top more.

It is a long tank. there are just some neons and cories with the german rams. Thanks for the help guys, it looks like it should be ok then. ill post some pics when i make the addition
