Markings on angelfish.

My angel has developed some marking on one side of its body. They are a redish color. Other than that it seems fine eating lots and very active swimmer. Not sure if just scraped against rock or if something else is wrong.

What else is in the tank with it? And what's the water parameters look like?

if it doesn't look like an infection, he could be changing to his adult colors

Just have two clowns and a niger trigger with him. None of other fish show any signs of infection. It looks like scrapes to me. Still really small so don't think would be changing colors yet and its only on the one side. He's only about 2 inches.
