Hi all, I noticed last night that one of my Dalmation Mollie's seems to have a slightly bigger eye than the other, hard to tell how much as you can't really get a fish to stay still while you look at it. Had a quick google as seems it may be popeye?

I did some water tests a week ago and got:

Amonia: 0.25
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5 - 10
PH: 8

I did about a 10% water change last night.

Is there anything else I can do or keep checking etc?

sounds like popeye, usually happens when there is ammonia levels in the water or dirty water, try changing 30% water and it should go away within a few days.

Sorry think this should be in the unhealthy fish section, how can I move it there?

Pm a mod. Such as MFDrookie.

I agree. Keep up on water changes. With any ammonia it sounds like its not cycled. How did you cycle the tank?

Good point, I forgot to mention to keep doing the 30% water changes for a few days

I did about 20% water change on Thursday and also did another water test Friday:

Amonia: 0 - 0.25 (couldn't decide which one)
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0 - 5 (again coulnd't decide which one)

It did look slightly better over the weekend, not so much of a white ring round the eye but still looked a bit puffed out, will do another water change in a day or 2 and see how it goes then.

Thanks for the replies.
