Today every fish was fine and a bout 10 min ago I found one of my mollies dead with no upper or lower fins i don't know why this happened everything in my tank is in the safe zone

What size tank? What all is in it? What are your exact reading? How long has everything been in the tank? Is it cycled?

+1. It would greatly help if the OP gave some info one the tank. Also, how long have you had the fish?
