Molly with possible Columnaris?

My balloon Molly is sick. Her body looks fine, but her fins are a mess. They have white patches on them, and they are deteriorating. It kinda looks like Columnaris but I'm not sure. Any ideas? You can't tell in the picture, but the pectoral fins look the same as the tail fin. If it is Columnaris, how do you treat it? Thanks.

What is your water parameters? What size of tank? And what other fish do you have in there?
