On Saturday I rearranged the equipment in my tank, just to make it look a little more professional (90-degree angles and all that jazz). At the same time, I raised my powerhead closer to the top of the tank, which caused more agitation at the surface.
Well, after my events Saturday night/Sunday morning (in another thread), I finally got to watch the tank last night.
Man, with the surface more agitated, the moonlights (3 1-watt blue LED) cause a very cool effect on the sand. It used to just light up the sand a little, now it makes it look like the sand is moving with all the shadows it's casting. Very nice!
