Moving tank to new apartment

I’m wondering if anyone has any advice for moving fish. I’m moving to a new place it’s only about 20 mins from where I live now. I would love some advice on how I can do this without putting too much stress on my fish. I have a dwarf gourami , 3 otocinclus, and an apple snail in a ten gallon tank.
