No that is too big vinegar eels are about a quarter of a millimeter thick. But they are good for the smallest of fry...

Yes cory fry will readily take them when newly hatched.

You can propagate by splitting the eels, and they'll start reproducing in both places

That is not entirely true you don't have to split them in half ( you can barely even see them) they will breed, and two vinegar eels can have hundreds of babies in their life span ( several months) if anyone is interested in how they will be shipped or even just have a question please pm me. Thanks.
