My Anubias Nana is flowering and pearling I think?

I awoke this morning to this below? It looks like a little pod emerging from a new leaf on my Nana. Last night I had one new leaf emerging and today this second one is brand new with this whit pod in it. It also has a small bubble attached (pearling?)

Is this normal? Is this a good thing?

Well for the most part plants don't flower submerged unless the are happy. With how healthy your plant looks, I think it is a good thing! Congrats!
