My goldfish has a clear bump on scale

Hello i am new here. I have one fancy goldfish and a small pleco in a 10 gallon tank. My goldfish just got over having fin rot. He is now fully recovered after weeks of on going treatment using tetra lifeguard and aquarium salt. Now that he is doing better, eating, and swimming around, a mysterious clear bubble looking bump has popped out on him. It doesnt seem to bother him. It has been slowly growing over the past week and has come to a halt. He is my buddy and has been thru a rough life. He has overcome dropsy and constipation and his fin rot. Need help on what this mysterious bump is? Please if anyone is suffering the same thing, reply!

All I can say to this post is both goldfish and Plecos create a lot of waste and are dirty for that size of a tank. You would need to do more constant up keeping . Unless you do this already. I do hope you get help with your goldfish and he is okay!

Thank you, i will look into that. I keep my fishtank pretty clean and tested.
