My poor zebra fish needs help

Hey guys I don't know what is going on here I don't know if I have a male or female but it is one of my bigger zebra Dino's and I'm curious to know what this is it is the only fish in the tank with this issue, the pics are the best I can get of a constantly moving fish so hopefully someone can make it out! Butt looks like a baboons behind if you can't really make it out

Don't see any image. internal parasites, maybe. Females are larger than males and much rounder bellied, especially if full of eggs. She could be near spawning, possibly.
