That definitely looks like Hygrophila corymbosa as mentioned before. But it looks like emerse growth. Unfortunately, you won't get nice colors like that in submersed growth.

Those coralife bulbs are great arent they! My bro has a 15 watt in his 5.5 and it grows the plants all right!
