What fish do u have? Some fish like to trim plants

30g planted, 90g Oscar tank

Well geez... if your were growing these plants on an aquatic rifle range that'd make perfect sense.. less imagination, more reality

Don't laugh, I had a betta that would arrange the leaves of his plants to his liking, so I don't see why fish pruning the plants wouldn't be a possibility.

My khuli's like to uproot plants. They wiggle around near the base looking for snacks and breaks stems too.

My rainbow cichlid yanks on them all the time and rips the leaves off. No chance for them to grow. That little bugger.
