Looks more like lindernia rotundifolia. Where did you get it and what makes you think it's dubia? I'm pretty sure dubia isn't a fully aquatic plant.

well i say its LINDERNIA DUBIA because the leaves dont have any marking on it... the rotundifolia looks like little water melons... and the dubia can be grown emersed...

Where did you get it? It might not be Lindernia rotundifolia 'varigated' but rather just the un-varigated version, although it looks like there may be a little. And yes, dubia can be grown emersed by immersed.
